1. Business Details
Black Label Detailing is a trading name of Vittorio Property PTY LTD (ABN registered in Western Australia). Our registered address is 9 Ballard Way, Anketell, WA 6107, Australia.
2. Services
We provide mobile automotive detailing services across the Perth metropolitan area, including but not limited to interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, paint protection film installation, wax and polish, and stain removal. All services are performed at the customer's nominated location.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Bookings made through our website are subject to availability. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for all appointments. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will offer the next available time slot at no additional cost.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, size, and specific requirements assessed upon inspection. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment, or failure to provide access to the vehicle at the agreed time and location, may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the quoted service price.
6. Vehicle Condition & Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time and location. We require access to a power outlet and water source within reasonable proximity to the vehicle. Pre-existing damage, scratches, dents, or paint defects that are not caused by our services are not our responsibility. We recommend noting any existing damage before the service commences.
7. Liability
Black Label Detailing carries public liability insurance and takes every precaution to protect your vehicle during servicing. However, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturing defects, or issues not reasonably discoverable during a visual inspection. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Vittorio Property PTY LTD and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Privacy
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988. Information collected through our website forms is used solely for the purpose of providing our services and communicating with you. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to deliver our services or comply with the law.
10. Dispute Resolution
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours at blacklabeldetailperth@gmail.com. We will work in good faith to resolve any issues. These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
