Our Guarantee

At Black Label Detailing, we stand behind the quality of our work. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly.

Satisfaction Policy

If you are not satisfied with the quality of any detailing service, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion by contacting us at blacklabeldetailperth@gmail.com or calling 0489 260 415. We will arrange a complimentary re-service of the affected area at a mutually convenient time.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The service was not performed as described or agreed upon
  • There is demonstrable damage to the vehicle caused by our service
  • The service could not be completed due to equipment failure on our part

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion with a description of the issue and, where possible, photographic evidence. We will review your request within 3 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will generally not be provided where:

  • The customer fails to raise the issue within 48 hours of service completion
  • Dissatisfaction is due to unrealistic expectations not discussed at the time of booking
  • Pre-existing damage or conditions were present before our service
  • The customer cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment (a cancellation fee may apply)
  • Weather conditions during or after the service affect the result (e.g., rain, dust storms)

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be offered where only a portion of the service did not meet expectations. The refund amount will be determined on a case-by-case basis relative to the affected service component.

Product Returns

As a mobile service provider, we do not sell physical products for consumer purchase. All materials and products used during our services are included in the service fee and are non-returnable.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to override your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, or refund) if services fail to meet consumer guarantees.
